Vata Dosha – This dosha controls the very basic and important functions of the body like division of cells, breathing, functioning of the heart and mind etc. Conditions like asthma, anxiety, skin issues, arthritis, heart conditions etc can be controlled or treated completely by balancing Vata in the patients who have been diagnosed with Vata Prakriti (Vata life force).
Pitta Dosha – This dosha is related to controlling the digestion and hormones related to the appetite. Patients diagnosed with an imbalance in the Pitta dosha most likely suffer from heart conditions, infections, high blood pressure etc.
Kapha Dosha – This dosha controls the strength of the body, the growth of the muscles, body weight and immunity. Conditions related to an imbalance in Kapha dosha are diabetes, nausea, obesity, asthma, other breathing conditions, cancer etc.
